The weight was never yours. The healing always was.

I Hear You Sis is a reproductive justice and healing justice organization centering the health, the voices, and the thriving of Black and Brown women. We provide trauma-informed, culturally rooted education, embodied care, and collective healing grounded in whole body wellness.

We believe that every person has the right to make decisions about their own body — and that chronic stress, medical dismissal, and intergenerational trauma have systematically disrupted that right. We also believe that the body that carries the weight also carries the wisdom. We exist to close that gap — because health is a justice issue, and thriving should not be the exception.

“I Hear You Sis’s passion, skill, and dedication shine through in everything they do. They create warm, supportive space where women feel truly heard, informed, and empowered throughout their journey. Their compassion, expertise, and steady presence offer comfort during one of the most transformative times in life. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.”

A Grateful Client-

“Since I began attending I Hear You Sis ‘s healing workshops and both in-person and virtual events, I have applied the techniques I’ve learned to improve my sleep and manage stress more effectively. I’ve also had the opportunity to use their one-on-one services, where I receive personalized guidance. These sessions have been especially valuable, as they provide a safe space where I feel truly heard in vulnerable moments without judgment. Others I have recommended to them have also shared positive experiences and found their sessions beneficial.”
